Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fpisecurity.com (the “Website”), operated by FPI Security Services Inc. (“FPI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Not an emergency service

This Website is not monitored as an emergency channel. Do not use our contact forms or email to report an emergency or a crime in progress. In an emergency, call 911.

Our services

The Website provides general information about our security officer, patrol, surveillance, access control and monitoring services. All security services are provided only under a separate written agreement between FPI and the client, which will control in case of any conflict with these Terms. Nothing on the Website creates a contract for services.

Quotes and inquiries

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. Quotes, proposals and pricing are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to a site assessment, availability and a signed service agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Submit false, misleading or harmful information through our forms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or related systems.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Website, including by introducing malware or automated scraping that burdens our systems.

Intellectual property

The FPI name, logo, photographs, text, graphics and other content on the Website are owned by or licensed to FPI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

The Website may link to third-party websites, including our recruiting portal hosted by ADP and our social media profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPI and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FPI harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
